This delicious Aperitivo is just perfect for these summer months. Using our DJ’s Cold Infusion pockets with Peach Liqueur and Orange Blossom Water this cocktail created by Francesco Lombardi will leaving you wanting more.

Ingredients:
35ml Gin Infused Infused with DJs Summer Equinox (Infuse for 10 minutes)
15ml Briottet Peach Liqueur
10ml Italicus Liqueur 
3 drops of Orange Blossom Water 
10ml Fresh Lemon juice
10ml DJs Summer Equinox Syrup
60ml Lemonde Top Up

Garnish: Fresh Strawberries
Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubes to Build Drink
Method: Build up the drink in the high ball, add ice and all the ingredients except the lemonade, stir gently for a small little dilution, then top up with lemonade.
