Created by Francesco Lombardi, Bar Manager at the Corinthia Hotel in London this cocktail not only looks amazing but tastes it as well! It uses our DJ’s Cold Infusion Blend 3 – Blooming Blossoms.
Our Blooming Blossoms flavour pocket hit the perfect blend between subtle subtle flavours and powerful bold ones. Working perfectly with gin, this flower-inspired cocktail will be both sweet and fragrant, and will provide a refreshing alternative to your normal Gin and Tonic flavours.

Ingredients:
50ml Chase Dry Gin infused DJs Blooming Blossoms (Infuse for 5 minutes)
3ml Fresh Raspberries
25ml Fresh Lemon juice
15ml Lanique Liqueur
10ml Monin Gomme syrup
1 Egg White
Garnish – Dry Rose Petals
Ice Cubes for Shaking
